Astrorterra is a content factory setup consultancy based in Kisumu, Kenya. We work with marketing teams, media companies, and growth-stage startups across East Africa who are already producing content but getting uneven results from it. Our job is to design and implement the systems — editorial strategy, production workflows, team documentation, and analytics dashboards — that turn inconsistent content output into a repeatable, measurable business function. We don't write content for clients. What we build is the operating environment in which your team writes better, faster, and with clearer purpose. How we work and what we don't do
Every Astrorterra engagement begins with a discovery phase: we interview your team, audit your existing tools and content assets, and map your current workflow before we design anything new. We work remotely and in person across the Lake Victoria region, with regular Kisumu office hours for clients who want face-to-face sessions. Our team of six specialists covers editorial strategy, systems design, analytics, and training — and we keep the team small deliberately, because every client engagement is led by a senior consultant, not delegated to a junior. There are things we're not the right fit for: we don't manage ongoing content production, we don't run your social media accounts, and we don't offer SEO link-building services. We set up the factory and hand it over. If a content factory requires tools or platforms that need custom engineering beyond standard SaaS configurations, we'll refer you to a technical partner rather than overstate our scope. Results depend on your team's willingness to adopt new processes — the system only works if the people using it commit to it.
