When you submit the contact form, it goes directly to a senior Astrorterra consultant — not a sales inbox. Within one business day, you'll get a reply that either asks one or two clarifying questions or proposes a 30-minute discovery call. We use that call to understand your team size, current content output, tools in use, and where you feel the biggest friction. After the call, we send a written scope proposal within 48 hours. There's no obligation at any stage — if the fit isn't right, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward someone who can help better.

Do you work with companies outside Kenya?
Yes. We've worked with teams in Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. All engagements can be delivered fully remotely. Discovery calls are over Zoom, training sprints are run via Zoom and Loom, and all documentation is delivered digitally. Travel is available for Enterprise tier clients on request.
What size team is a good fit?
Our Starter tier works well for teams of two to five people producing content alongside other responsibilities. Growth fits dedicated content teams of four to twelve. Enterprise is designed for content operations of 10 or more, including multi-department or multi-brand environments.
How quickly can we start?
Subject to availability, we can typically begin a new engagement within two weeks of contract signature. Enterprise tier engagements may have a slightly longer lead time depending on team availability and complexity. Contact us to check current availability.
