You know exactly what you're getting before you pay. For teams that need ongoing support after the initial engagement, we offer a maintenance add-on — but the core factory setup is always a one-time investment. Prices reflect the Kenyan market and are quoted in Kenyan Shillings. For cross-border engagements in USD, contact us directly.

Common questions about pricing

Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth later?

Yes. If you start with Starter and decide to expand within six months, we apply 60% of your original investment as credit toward the Growth tier. This gives you a lower-risk entry point if you're testing the system for the first time.

Do prices include tool subscriptions?

No. Astrorterra's fees cover design, configuration, documentation, and training. Any third-party tool subscriptions — Notion, Asana, Zapier, Airtable, etc. — are billed to your account directly. We help you choose the most cost-effective stack for your tier.

What if my team isn't ready for the full engagement?

That's a good reason to start with a strategy-only engagement at a reduced scope. Contact us to discuss a scoped-down version — we can often deliver the editorial strategy and roadmap as a standalone for teams that need to validate the approach internally before committing to a full setup.

Is there a payment plan?

For Growth and Enterprise tiers, we offer a 50/50 split: 50% at engagement kickoff and 50% at the final handover call. Starter is billed in full at kickoff. We invoice via M-Pesa Paybill or bank transfer.
